We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• All tags, invoices, and accessories must be intact

• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product

Non-Returnable Products

• Opened, used, or damaged items

• Perishable products like herbal powders, oils, teas

• Customized or sale items (if stated)

Exchange Process

• Email us with photos/videos of the item

• Once approved, send the product back to our warehouse

• Customer pays for return shipping unless the product is defective
  

💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

• Amount is credited via the original payment method

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• If product is defective or incorrect, full refund including shipping will be issued
